Maintenance of chairs

1. For newly purchased leather chairs, first soak a towel in clean water, wring it dry, and then wipe off any dust and dirt on the surface of the chair. Then, gently wipe the leather surface with a care agent once or twice (do not use wax containing care products) to form a protective film on the leather surface, making it difficult for dirt to penetrate the leather pores in the future, making it easier for future cleaning.

3. To avoid oil stains, ballpoint pens, ink, and other dirt on leather chairs. If stains are found on the leather of the chair, they should be cleaned immediately with leather cleaner. If there is no leather cleaner, a clean white towel dipped in a little alcohol can be used to lightly wipe the stains. Then, a slightly dry wet towel can be used to wipe it dry, and finally, a protective agent should be used for care.

4. For daily care of leather chairs, simply wipe with a wrung out wet towel. Clean the sofa with leather cleaner once every 2-3 months, or use a household vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the leather surface.

5. In order to extend the service life, children should be avoided from jumping and playing on the sofa. Sweating bodies should not directly come into contact with the leather of the chair.

6. The placement of leather chairs should be 5-10cm away from the wall to maintain ventilation.

7. To avoid direct sunlight on leather chairs, if the living room is often exposed to sunlight, it is advisable to adjust the position of several leather chairs at intervals to prevent significant color differences; If the humidity is high, you can use the weak sunlight from 8am to 10am to irradiate for seven days, one hour a day, about once every three months

8. Choose leather specific maintenance fluid for regular maintenance. When using, wipe the surface with a small amount each time and multiple times. After the maintenance solution has dried, use a dry and soft cloth to wipe and polish to prevent the leather from drying or fading.

9. Once it comes into contact with soda beverages, it should be treated immediately to prevent water and sweetness from seeping into the pores. At this time, a leather specific saddle soap should be used, dipped in sponge and concentrated in a circular pattern towards the center, and finally wiped dry with a soft cloth.
